Amy Davis, LPC
Amy approaches counseling with a straightforward, transparent approach that has been beneficial in building therapeutic relationships with her clients.
She believes that to assist clients in facilitating change, a client centered and open-minded approach is necessary to allow clients to share their struggles. Therapy is a personal journey and Amy meets clients where they are. She enjoys working with individuals from all different backgrounds and wants to help build on your strengths to achieve your goals. She welcomes feedback from clients so that she can better support them in achieving their goals.
Amy completed her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University in 2017. She has worked with individuals and families since completing graduate school. She is passionate in working with youth and adults in addressing their concerns and working towards their goals. She sees clients as young as 7. When working with children she collaborates with important supports which can include other providers and the family system. She has experience working with trauma, grief, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, parenting, OCD, and life transitions.
Amy has worked in various settings in supporting clients such as schools, Juvenile Justice, and a small group private practice. She understands complex life situations and stressors that impact mental health. She is here to be the best support possible for you and assist you in achieving your goals.
In her free time she enjoys traveling to new places, reading, the outdoors, music, and playing board games with friends and family. She loves to learn new things and will try to be crafty with mixed results. She believes that to continue to grow in life that we need to get out of our comfort zone. Amy always loves a suggestion on new books or movies to watch. She has two wonderful dogs and three cats that bring her family joy. She has a teenage son and partner who are her rock and adventure buddies.
Anna Gularte, LMFT
Anna works as an LMFT with couples and individuals. She sees each person as a whole, and considers their unique perspectives, cultures, identities, and contexts in all aspects of experience. She is collaborative, strengths-based, and humanistic approach. There are many ways of healing, and Anna keeps an open, curious mind about how that can look differently for people relative to what challenges and nurtures them. Whatever stage of life you are in, Anna is looking forward to joining you and having a nuanced, experiential, and perspective-sharing approach.
Having been a part of serving Oregon residents for over five years, Anna has a focus on learning what is most important to you rather than deciding what that should be. You are the expert on your life while Anna is focused on the process to get you closer to your goals in an integrated way as it intersects with the various areas of your life.
